How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order at https://septemberish.com/order-tracking/ using your order number and checkout email address.
If your tracking link is not active immediately, please allow courier systems some time to update. If you need help, email support [at] septemberish [dot] com or DM @septemberishofficial.
How do I know if my order is successfully placed?
After you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your order details. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email/SMS.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact support [at] septemberish [dot] com or DM @septemberishofficial.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Our usual delivery period is 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery can vary depending on product availability, courier coverage, public holidays, weather or other logistics delays. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent by email and SMS.
How can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production or dispatch has not started. To cancel, email support [at] septemberish [dot] com or DM @septemberishofficial with your order number. Once a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment method. Bank/payment gateway reflection usually takes 7-12 days.
Refund/return/exchange policy
Returns, replacements or refunds are available only if the product delivered is wrong, defective, or damaged in transit. Please contact support [at] septemberish [dot] com or DM @septemberishofficial within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing/product video. Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted, so please check the product description, images and size/spec details before placing your order.
Exchange policy for T-shirts/Hoodies
For T-shirts/Hoodies, size exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and returned with original tags and packaging intact. This is an exchange-only policy and does not qualify for a refund.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Septemberish is prepaid-only and does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay securely using UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net banking. If payment is deducted but your order is not successful, email support [at] septemberish [dot] com or DM @septemberishofficial with your order number/payment details so we can help.
What are your support hours?

Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies on prepaid orders above ₹799.
