Shipping coverage

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799.

Processing and delivery timeline

All Septemberish products are made to order. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days from the date of order placement. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Delivery timelines can vary due to product availability, courier coverage, weather, or other logistics delays. If your order has not been dispatched within 5 business days, please contact support. We cannot guarantee delivery by a birthday, event, or other specific date.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent by email and SMS. If your tracking link is not active immediately, please allow courier systems some time to update.

Payment

Septemberish is prepaid-only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. You can pay securely using UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net banking.
