This policy applies to orders placed on septemberish.com.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Returns, replacements or refunds are available only in these cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was defective.
- The product was damaged in transit.
To raise a claim, email support [at] septemberish [dot] com or DM @septemberishofficial within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing/product video. We will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact wherever applicable.
Not eligible
Returns/refunds are not available for buyer-remorse reasons such as not liking the product after delivery. Please review the product description, size/spec details and images before placing your order.
Size exchange for T-shirts/Hoodies
For T-shirts and Hoodies, size exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and returned with original tags and packaging intact. This is an exchange-only policy and does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production or dispatch has not started. After 24 hours, or once the order is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund timeline
Once a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment method. Bank/payment gateway reflection usually takes 7-12 days.
Prepaid payments only
Septemberish is prepaid-only. COD is not available. Secure payment options include UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking.
